What you are buying

The aOS Starter Kit: a Start here guide, a System Playbook, 10 Skill Sheets, a First Week plan and a Scorecard, as PDF files you download. It works with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. You need one of them and a way to open PDFs. Nothing is posted to you.

Price and payment

£50 including VAT, one-off. You get a VAT receipt. No subscription. Checkout, payment and VAT are handled by Payhip, which sells the kit on my behalf. Card payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. I never see your card details.

Delivery

You get a download link straight after paying, on screen and by email. If it does not arrive, email me and I will send the files.

Your right to cancel

Because the kit is digital content, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once you start the download, and you agree to that at checkout. I offer something better below.

14-day money back

If the kit does not help, email me within 14 days of buying and I will refund you in full. No form and no questions.

Using the kit

The kit is for you to use in your own work. Please do not share, resell or publish the files. If your team wants copies, email me.

AI output

The kit shows you how to use AI tools for everyday management work. AI output is a draft: check it before you use it. Follow your employer's rules on which tools you may use and what information you may share with them. The kit is general guidance, not legal, HR or financial advice, and I am not responsible for decisions made using AI output.

If something goes wrong

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. If you are unhappy, email me first and I will try to put it right.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your own country's courts.
